Through our partnership with Shin Trade & Services Co., Ltd., our single flat auction fee is ¥115,000 per vehicle, with no hidden extras.
Note: Our flat auction agent fee applies to standard purchases. High-value or complex vehicles may require additional handling and will be confirmed in writing before bidding.
Your invoice is issued by Shin Trade & Services Co., Ltd (who receives payment and processes export documentation), while Mark from Brave Auto International personally handles live bidding, negotiations, and oversight.

Included in our FOB pricing (Japan-side): auction bidding support, auction sheet translation, inspection/road test, 50–70 photos, inland transport in the Tokyo region, export documentation support, Japan-side port processing/coordination, and no added commission (flat fee).
What Does FOB Mean?
The term FOB (Free on Board) includes the vehicle’s auction price plus our flat rate agents fee to export the vehicle.
It does not include freight from Japan to your port, but it does include all costs within Japan.

Example (¥3,000,000 auction vehicle): With Brave Auto, the auction fee is ¥115,000 flat with no commission. Many typical agents add percentage-based fees and extra charges that increase total FOB cost.
Unlike many agents, we don’t add separate charges for translation, photos/documentation, bank/currency surcharges, or a percentage commission on the vehicle price. Our pricing is designed to be flat and transparent. If there are any extra fees such as vehicle inspection prior to bidding or extra inland transport for non-local auctions, you will be advised prior to bidding.
No Hidden Taxes or Government Fees
Some exporters quietly add government charges or surprise “handling” fees. We don’t add markups on Japan-side fees. Where applicable, items like Japan-side processing and export documentation are handled in Japan by Shin Trade & Services Co., Ltd. and shown clearly as part of the export process.

Inland Transport Fair & Transparent
We include inland transport for standard vehicles purchased through USS Tokyo or Gunma and delivered to our Japan partner facility.
This also includes local transport from our partner facility to the port once your vehicle is ready for vessel loading, we strictly do not store customers vehicles at the port side storage facilities, all customers vehicles are stored onsite until exported.
If your vehicle is purchased from an auction outside the USS Tokyo or Gunma region, or if it requires special handling (for example: non-drivable vehicles, commercial vehicles, oversized units, or vehicles requiring recovery transport), any additional inland transport costs are not included and will be quoted and approved upfront before we bid.
