Quality Control Included in Our Flat ¥115,000 Auction Fee
Every vehicle purchased is transported from the auction to Tochigi, near Tokyo, for thorough pre-export testing, inspection, and documentation.
For standard, drivable passenger vehicles purchased from USS Tokyo, transport is included in our flat-rate auction fee of ¥115,000.
When we source vehicles from auctions in other parts of Japan, or when purchasing non-drivable or commercial vehicles, inland transport to our facility is charged separately and always quoted upfront before bidding — no hidden surprises.

🧰 OBD-II diagnostic scan (non-damaged vehicles): We scan for major fault codes (where applicable).
🧪 Leakdown engine testing (non-damaged vehicles): We use specialized equipment to verify engine condition and health.
🚘 Road test – up to 3–5 km (non-damaged vehicles): We drive each vehicle to check engine performance, transmission, steering, and brakes.
⚙️ Pre-export engine re-check (non-damaged vehicles): We confirm there are no new leaks, noises, or issues.

📦 Container shipping: We can arrange secure shipment in 20ft or 40ft containers — ideal for high-value vehicles, parts, or multiple units.
Container Shipping, Salvage, Non-Running & Half Cut Vehicles
In 2025, we expanded our services through a long-term partnership with Shin Trading Co. Ltd. in Tokyo, a specialist in dismantling and container packing. We can now purchase directly from the Japanese JDM auctions salvage, non-running or un-damaged vehicles and arrange for them to be dismantled & cut (front cuts, half cuts, shells), packed directly into 20ft or 40ft containers along with complete undamaged vehicles if required.
Please note: we do not sell or export individual small parts (example: a single door handle, mirror, or door glass, etc) to retail customers. This service is only available to customers importing via 20ft or 40ft containers.
